Workstations: Vertical travel double motor front & rear end trim, (0.25 HP - 12,000 RPM motors ea); Top & bottom flush/bevel trimmers, Bevel 0° to 15°, (0.35 HP - 12,000 RPM motors ea); Top & bottom PVC scraping unit for up to 3 mm radius; Top & bottom buffing unit, 0.15 HP - 2,750 RPM ea. motor;
Feed speed 30 FPM.
Equipped with: Operator control panel at eye-level, Electronic line control (no limit switches), Digital height indicator on holddown beam, Electronic motor brakes on trimmers, 200 Hz Electronic (Solid State) Frequency inverter, used tooling & sound enclosure w/window. - INCLUDES: Pneumatic indexing of scrapers and trimming motors that are program controlled.
